AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 1988-04
The Town of Gibraltar does hereby, in accordance with the Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 60, 66, and 30 amend the Fish Creek Harbor Ordinance 1988-04 as follows:
Deletion of Section I only.
Section I: Priority System
Seasonal rental space at the Gibraltar Town Dock shall be assigned according to the following targeted ratio:
50% of space available will be assigned to resident taxpayers of the Town of Gibraltar
25% assigned to non-resident Gibraltar taxpayers
12.5% assigned to the general public
12.5% assigned for the purpose of transient daily rental space
Applicants will be assigned a value number from one through five. Space will be assigned to the applicant with the greatest number of points accumulated with each years applications.
A) Resident improved property owner in Gibraltar. (5)
B) Non-resident improved property owner in Gibraltar. (4)
C) Non-resident land owner in Gibraltar (3)
D) Resident non-land owner in Gibraltar (2)
E) Non-resident, non-land owner in Gibraltar (1)
Boat owners holding dock space in the previous year will be granted the highest priority.
The Harbor Commission shall keep available at all times a “Priority List” based on the applications filed annually after January 1 of each year. This Priority List shall be posted at the Town Dock House.
